Nice, safe and convenient neighborhood. Ideal for non-smoking, young professionals, single, couples, no partiers! Walk score of 98. Which means you can just about walk to all services you do not need a car. There is 2 large screen smart TV 75" in the living room & 50" in the bedroom, with full Rogers Extreme TV package, Netflix, all the channels, apps and super-fast WI-FI throughout the apartment for you to enjoy. If you have any questions or enquiries do not hesitate to contact us we will get back to you as soon as possible. NO PARKING ON THE PREMISES ONLY STREET PARKING it's free but you can not park during rush hour 7 AM to 9 AM and 4 PM to 6 PM you can park on the side street or near by grocery store.
Things to note:
This apartment is geared towards A COUPLE OR A SINGLE PERSON the 3rd and 4th guest would be sleeping on a pullout sofa-bed/ bedcouch that is ok and confortable for a few days but not meant for long term.
Also, so that you understand what you are getting besides staying in the apartment with all white bed linen and towels.
This is a SELF-CATER apartment you will be supplied a starter kit a few waters, grinded coffee for the French press & capsules for the Keurig coffee maker, hotel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a few tabs for laundry, dishwasher, cleaning supplies, four rolls of toilet paper and a full unopened roll of paper towel a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, Dyson cordless vacuum, iron, hairdryer. Also realize this is NOT the ideal party place as the neighborhood is very quiet. There is Ring cameras outside the property that you will be given access to while staying there. Please make clear before arriving or right after booking if you require extra bedding and or towels, also make clear to us sleeping arrangements, sofa bed linen will only be supplied if asked for due to Covid-19 protocols we can no longer leave any kind of bedding in the sofa bed storage. All throw pillows and surfaces are disinfected before your check in with Vital Oxide - COVID-19 Disinfectant Spray.
