Guests with pets:

This is to let you know that we accept pets. Be considerate and please disclose that you plan to bring a pet in your booking. The pet fee does go towards extra cleaning that has to be done and upkeep that is much more when pets are allowed. painting, replacing furniture, etc. As a pet owner you know that. We are pet owners and pet lovers! We accept pets, but expect the guest to be a responsible pet owner. We have in the past had some bad experiences in letting guests with pets stay at our properties that caused extra cleaning with dog/cat hair, nose prints on the glass, peeing inside to mark territories chewing and scratching of furniture, walls and doors, complaints from the Neighbours about excessive barking, poo left in the back yard. Just to let you know that if you don't disclose that you have a pet and then you bring one do the cost will be $250 CAD FOR NO DISCLOSURE OF PETS.
Also, even if you disclose and pay the pet fee, and there is extra cleaning for window glass, hair removal from upholstered furniture, etcetera, damages or chewing or scratching of stuff in the unit the charges will be passed on the guest.

This is a SELF-CATER apartment you will be supplied a starter kit a few waters, coffee capsules and grinded for the French press hotel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash an a few tabs for laundry, dishwasher, dryer sheets, cleaning supplies, four rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towel a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, cordless vacuum, iron, hairdryer. Also realize this is not the ideal party place as the neighborhood is very quiet. There is Ring cameras outside the property that you will be given access to while staying there. Please make clear before arriving or right after booking if you require extra bedding and or towels, also make clear to us sleeping arrangements, sofa bed linen will only be supplied if asked for due to Covid-19 protocols we can no longer leave any kind of bedding in the sofa bed storage.
